Give your scan picture and baby’s name, date and place of birth, to the Telegraph receptionists at Meadow Road or the Telegraph Promotions stand in the Market Hall, Derby.

One photograph costs £9.99. Extra identical copies - if produced at the same time - cost just £3.99 each.

Leave your daytime telephone number, we will ring you when your photographs are ready (usually about 1 week) and you can collect them - along with your original scan from either office.

To have the photograph and scans posted back to you, add £1 to your total order for postage and packing.
